No. We also consider furniture samples, homewares, small goods, branded merchandise, apparel, bags and other consumer products. Product acceptance, size, handling requirements and the actual check scope must be confirmed before shipping.
When will I receive the report?
The published normal turnaround is typically 24–48 hours after the sample is received in Shenzhen. Rush is same calendar day for eligible samples received before 12:00 China time, subject to capacity and advance confirmation. Shipping time is separate.
Do I get the shipping address before payment?
No. We discuss the job and confirm scope first. The Shenzhen receiving address and job ID are issued after payment. Do not ship to an unconfirmed address; the street address is not published on this site.
Does a Green report guarantee the bulk order?
No. Green only covers the checks we recorded on the sample you sent. It does not guarantee uninspected units, future bulk, the factory, or regulatory compliance. You still decide what to order.
Are you a laboratory or certification body?
No. We document what we see on the received sample. We do not run lab tests, issue CE/UL or other certificates, audit factories, or approve safety. Extra product-team checks are still observational.
Can you hold or forward my sample?
Yes, with the USD 79 Hold add-on: up to 7 days, then handover to your own forwarder or agent, with a handover photo. We do not book international freight or act as a customs broker. Agree collection details first. You carry transit and hold risk — we are not your insurer.
