A straightforward process, with the important responsibilities made clear before the sample moves.
Start with the product, listing, quantity, size and the questions affecting your purchase. Identify batteries, fragile goods, unusual handling or oversized items before anything is shipped.
We discuss product acceptance, package, add-ons, timing and the applicable job terms. Only pay against the confirmed instructions. Custom checks and rush requests are not accepted automatically.
After payment, we send the Shenzhen receiving address and job ID. Include the identifier with the parcel and provide tracking. You or your supplier arrange delivery; we do not book international freight.
The published normal turnaround is typically 24–48 hours after receipt. Photo Check includes organized still images, packing notes and a summary; Full Witness adds unboxing video and key measurements.
Use the evidence to speak with your supplier. Clarify an ambiguity, request a correction, discuss a recheck or decide whether to proceed. Any hold or handover is arranged separately.
No. We discuss the job and confirm scope first. The Shenzhen receiving address and job ID are issued after payment. Do not ship to an unconfirmed address; the street address is not published on this site.
We do not accept illegal goods, weapons, drugs or pharmaceuticals, live animals, obvious counterfeits, high-value jewelry or watches, cash or gift cards. Unsafe bulk lithium beyond a normal sample requires prior written approval. Oversized, fragile or hazardous items need acceptance before shipping.
Refunds for late reports and parcels that never arrive are set out in the Service terms (72-hour report clock from logged receipt; 21-day no-show less paid local handling). Read that page before you pay.
