Prices are in USD. Base packages apply to the accepted sample-level scope, not to an entire factory or production lot. Oversized samples, extra handling and custom checks require a confirmed quote. The published second-sample offer is 20% off the Photo Check or Full Witness base package for a second sample in the same week; confirm eligibility before payment.
What one package covers: Scope is confirmed per job in your quotation. The published base package covers the units stated in that quote (typically one sample lot as agreed). Larger size, weight, batteries, or oversize samples may need a custom quote.
Turnaround: Business hours after we receive the sample in Shenzhen and accept the brief. The published 24–48 hour window is typical, not a guarantee.

When will I receive the report?
Typical turnaround is 24–48 business hours after sample receipt in Shenzhen and brief acceptance—a published window, not a guarantee. Rush is same calendar day for eligible samples received before 12:00 China time, subject to capacity and advance confirmation. Shipping time is separate.
Do I get the shipping address before payment?
No. We discuss the job and confirm scope first. The Shenzhen receiving address and job ID are issued after payment. Do not ship to an unconfirmed address; the street address is not published on this site.
What happens if the parcel does not arrive or the report is delayed?
Refunds for late reports and parcels that never arrive are set out in the Service terms (72-hour report clock from logged receipt; 21-day no-show less paid local handling). Read that page before you pay.
Can I book and pay online?
Start with the enquiry form or email hello@getparcelwitness.com. We confirm acceptance, scope, price and payment instructions before you ship. This website does not contain an online payment checkout or customer account portal.
